Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer

Salary range: $150,000 + 20% excess profit share

1130 Lab is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# development, particularly in building robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing software solutions in C#.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintaining and improving existing codebases.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C# development.
• Background in mathematics, statistics, physics or computer science.
• Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with .NET framework and related technologies.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of big O notation and algorithmic complexity.
• Docker deployment and management experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and web development frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• gRPC experience is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
